Rehabilitation Psychologist
People often ask me why I chose psychology. The truth is, I’ve always been drawn to people and their stories. I’ve always found meaning in understanding what lies beneath the surface, the experiences that shape us, the emotions we struggle to put into words, and the strength people carry even when they don’t see it in themselves.
Becoming a psychologist wasn’t simply a career choice for me. It felt like a natural path, one that allowed me to combine curiosity with compassion and turn conversations into opportunities for understanding, healing, and growth.
As a therapist, I don’t see myself as someone who has all the answers. I see myself as someone who sits beside you, listens with empathy, and understands your world from your perspective. I hope to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to speak openly, without worrying about being judged or expected to have everything figured out. I believe that when people feel truly heard and accepted, they begin to discover their own strengths and their own way forward.
Choosing rehabilitation psychology deepened this belief even further. For me, healing isn’t only about overcoming challenges. It’s also about helping people reconnect with themselves, their relationships, their aspirations, and their place in the world. I see my role as helping people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be, while reminding them that they don’t have to make that journey alone.
Come to मन Charcha exactly as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know where to begin. This is a space where you’ll be heard with empathy, understood without judgment, and supported with care. Whenever you’re ready, the conversation can begin.
